Reservations may be made directly through the Hyatt at 1-888-591-1234 or 1-703-418-1234. Simply let the hotel staff know that you are with the “SASFAA Conference” to receive the conference rate. For those who prefer the Internet, you may reserve your room online at www.crystalcity.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/index.jsp.
Please enter the code “G-SAFA” in the "Group/Corporate #" box to get the conference rate.  The deadline for individual room reservations at the conference rate is January 18, 2008.
Single and double rooms are available at $145.00 per night. Triple rooms are available at $165.00 per night and quad rooms are available at $185.00 per night.
