Exhibitor Information
If you would like to be an exhibitor at the conference or sponsor SASFAA in some way and have not submitted the sponsorship form, please visit our sponsorship page.
The exhibit area will be in Exhibit Hall A on the Prefunction Area of the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel.
Booth Setup and Breakdown Times
Setup – Sunday, February 8, 8:00am – 12:00 noon
Breakdown – Tuesday, February 10, 3:00pm
Exhibition Times
All breaks will be in the exhibit area and the schedule below will be adhered to.
SASFAA policy is to close the exhibit area during general sessions.
Drayage Company
George Fern Company out of Charlotte, NC has been selected as the drayage company for
the conference. George Fern Company will provide a service planner to each vendor
approximately 45 days prior to the conference. This will include all of the services
available as well as procedures for advance shipment of materials. All materials must
be shipped to George Fern’s warehouse and not to the hotel.
Exhibit Booths
Each exhibit booth will be 10 ft. wide x 10 ft. deep and will include one 6 ft. table
topped with flame resistant white vinyl and draped with a pleated flame resistant
fabric skirt, two folding chairs and one wastebasket. The predominate colors used for
the drapery will be royal blue and white.
