The Louisville Marriott hotel is located in the heart of downtown and is considered a premiere convention hotel. The hotel provides a "Pedway" (pedestrian walkway) connection to the KY Int'l Convention Center and Louisville's bustling new Fourth Street Live district. The hotel is also located within steps of Louisville's attractions like Louisville Slugger Museum, Louisville Glassworks and the new Muhammad Ali Center and just minutes from Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby.

Reservations may be made through the hotel website or by calling (800) 533-0127. The group code to ensure the SASFAA rate if you call in is SAS. If you complete online hotel reservations, do not modify the online group code that is populated to ensure the SASFAA rate.

A payment equal to one-night’s stay per room is required when reservations are made.

The deadline for individual room reservations at the conference rate has been extended to the start of the conference - February 21, 2010
