Free Shuttle Service

The SASFAA Conference Local Arrangements committee will have a kiosk in the baggage claim area of the airport to welcome you to Louisville. We will be located next to the airport information booth at the bottom of the escalator. We will be offering free shuttle service to the Marriott Downtown hotel from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday and from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday. If you would like to take advantage of our free transportation service, please stop at the kiosk to sign up.

We will also be offering free shuttle service back to the airport on Wednesday for a limited time period. The shuttle will run from the Marriott Downtown hotel to the airport from noon to 2:00 pm on Wednesday. Please stop by the KASFAA Commuter Suite during the conference to sign up for a ride back to the airport.

The Louisville Marriott Downtown does not provide shuttle service.

Louisville International Airport - SDF
The Louisville International Airport is the closest airport located only 8 miles from the Louisville Marriott Downtown. Rental counters are in the baggage claim area. Vehicles are conveniently parked outside the west door of the baggage claim area. Most of the major rental car companies service this airport.

City Buses
Transit Authority of River City (TARC) buses service the airport. Free TARC schedules are available at the airport Information Booth. You must have correct change to ride TARC. TARC pick up is located on the island on the east end of the terminal. TARC may be contacted at (502) 585-1234.
