Your 2003-2004 SASFAA Executive Board, Committee Chairs and Liaison Chairs continue to work very hard on various projects. It continues to be a pleasure to work with these exceptional and highly qualified individuals in an effort to make SASFAA even better. You will receive information in the very near future regarding the "re-construction" of the SASFAA Web site. We are very excited about the changes. You will note a more user friendly, informative, on-line accessible and more attractive Web site. Erik Melis, electronic services chair, and his subcommittee have been working tirelessly on this massive endeavor. Keep an eye out for the upcoming notice regarding the unveiling. Plans are well under way for the SASFAA 2004 Annual Conference. Under the direction of Zita Barree, conference chair, the Conference Committee is planning a wonderful event for everyone. "Access – The Key to Brighter Futures" is the theme. The dates of the conference are February 15-18, 2004 in Birmingham, Alabama at the Sheraton Hotel. Mark your calendars now and plan on attending. Your SASFAA Board will meet again November 7-9, 2003. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please feel free to contact any member. Your comments are always encouraged and appreciated. ![]() |
