Report from the President-Elect
Brent Tener
Planning Under Way for SASFAA 2006-2007
We have enjoyed a great year under the leadership of Guy Gibbs, SASFAA
President. For me, this has been a year of learning, attending a few
state conferences at the request of the president, and preparing for
2006-2007. Our officers have been elected, the state presidents elected
by their state associations and committee chairs and liaisons selected.
The following individuals will begin their service for next year on
July 1, serving through June 30, 2007. We are blessed to have such
a dedicated group of professionals willing to volunteer to further
the goals of SASFAA.

Transition Planning
Planning is well under way for the final SASFAA board meeting of the
year, as well as the transition of boards on Saturday, June 10, 2006.
This meeting is to be held in St. Petersburg Beach, Florida, and will
give the current board an opportunity to share their experiences with
the new board and provide a chance for everyone to get to know each
other better as we plan for activities and events for 2006-2007.
Volunteer for Service to SASFAA
The volunteer form will remain active on the Web site. If you have
not yet completed a volunteer form, you can still complete
the form electronically and submit it to the President-Elect.
Your information will be shared with the committee chairs. Also, please
consider volunteering for your state association as they can use your
help as well!
Join SASFAA
The 2006-2007 on-line membership form should be active on-line July
