Registration

Completion of conference registration requires SASFAA membership. To register for the conference and/or pre-conference, you must first submit your SASFAA membership registration. If you have not already done so, process your member application now. 

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES

Full Conference* - $275.00

Conference Day Rate* (Monday or Tuesday) - $150.00

Our Honorary and Retired Members are granted a reduced rate:

Honorary and Retiree  Full Conference Rate* - $150

Honorary and Retiree Conference Day Rate* - $100

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your registration, email the SASFAA Treasurer at sasfaatreasurer@gmail.com.

Advance payment required. Payment must be received by 01/18/2019 or a late payment of $50 will be applied.

Registration fees for all events are fully refundable 30 days prior to the event (thru 01/18/19 for the Annual Conference 2019). Beginning 01/19/19, no refunds will be issued. The date the refund request is received by the SASFAA Treasurer will determine if there will be a refund. Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment (i.e., by check for payments made by check; by credit to account for credit card payments).

 

LETTER OF JUSTIFICATION

Many of our members have asked for assistance in justifying their attendance at the SASFAA 2019 Annual Conference to their upper management.  In response, the Conference Committee has made available a letter template that members may use to help demonstrate the importance of this training opportunity.  Access and download the Letter to your manager - SASFAA 2019 Conference now (login, when prompted, using your SASFAA credentials or "cancel" the login request to be permitted to proceed to the document).

    Join us February 17-20, 2019, at the Grand Hyatt at Buckhead in Atlanta, Georgia for SASFAA's Annual Conference.

    PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS THEN CLICK "REGISTER" AT THE BOTTOM WHEN READY.  YOU MUST BE A MEMBER TO REGISTER. 

    You will be able to choose ONE of the registration options listed. When registering please select if you will attend the full conference (first option), or a single day. 

    Honorary Members and Retired Members receive a discount.

    Payments                                                  
    Advance payment is required.  Registrants may not attend
    the conference until payment has been received by the SASFAA Treasurer.  Registrations after January 18th will have a late fee of $50 applied. 

    Credit card payments may be made during the registration process.  To pay by credit card after registration has been completed, access the on-line payment option on the SASFAA website with login credentials (email address and password).

    Checks must be received by the SASFAA Treasurer by
    February 8 , 2019, or the attendee must bring the check to the event (and include late payment fee).

    Conference attendees are allowed to bring personal guests to meals and some special events.  Each event or meal must be paid for and a separate invoice will be generated from the member's conference registration invoice.  If you register a personal guest for a meal or event you are responsible for paying this invoice.  Please note that personal guests cannot be SASFAA members and cannot attend training sessions.  To attend training sessions or receive voting rights they must be Active Members.

    The conference is February 17-20, 2019, at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead, Atlanta, Georgia.
