Registration for SASFAA Conference 2020 is now open! We will meet February 9-12, with Pre-Conference Workshops February 8-9, at Hilton Norfolk the Main in beautiful Norfolk, Virginia. Rooms are available at both Hilton Norfolk the Main (conference rate for the Hilton is no longer available) and Norfolk Waterside Marriott across the street from the conference center. The online conference rate for the Norfolk Waterside Marriott is unavailable. Please call 1.800.228.9290 and state that you are with the SASFAA 2020 Conference to check for availability.
Check out the conference agenda! It is packed with valuable sessions and time for networking and fun! The SASFAA Board has chosen to keep the cost of registration low by supplementing actual costs from reserves. You will receive excellent training, tremendous opportunities for networking, a beautiful hotel and great food for a bargain price! All attendees must be SASFAA members. Annual membership fee is $35.

You will be able to choose ONE of the registration options listed. When registering please select if you will attend the full conference (first option), or a single day.
Honorary Members and Retired Members receive a discount.

Payments
Advance payment is required. Registrants may not attend the conference until payment has been received by the SASFAA Treasurer. Registrations received after January 15, 2020 will have a $50 late fee applied.
On-line payments may be made during the registration process. To pay on-line after registration has been completed, log in to the on-line payment option on the SASFAA website using your email address and password.
Check payments must be received by the SASFAA Treasurer by February 8, 2020 for the Mid-Level Workshop and by February 9, 2020 for the other workshops and the conference, or the attendee must bring the check to the event (and include the late payment fee).
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, email the SASFAA Treasurer at sasfaatreasurer@gmail.com.
Registration fees are fully refundable through January 8, 2020. After January 8, 2020, no refunds will be issued. The date the refund request is received by the SASFAA Treasurer will determine if there will be a refund. Unpaid registrations not cancelled by the deadline must be paid by the registrant, even if the conference and/or workshops are not attended.
