The 2021 SASFAA Conference will be held February 17th-25th, 2021 (excluding the weekend dates). One person from each institution will complete registration for all of the attendees from their institution. Completion of conference registration requires SASFAA membership. If you have not already done so, process your member application now.
First Two Institutional Registrations - $125 (price includes 2 registrations; not per registration)
Each Additional Institutional Registrations - $50 (per registration)

Advance payment required. Checks must be received by 02/01/2021 or a late payment of $50 will be applied.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your registration, email the SASFAA Treasurer at sasfaatreasurer@gmail.com.
Registration fees for all events are fully refundable 30 days prior to the event (thru 01/17/21 for the Annual Conference 2021). Beginning 01/17/21, no refunds will be issued. The date the refund request is received by the SASFAA Treasurer will determine if there will be a refund. Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment (i.e., by check for payments made by check; by credit to account for credit card payments).
LETTER OF JUSTIFICATION
Many of our members have asked for assistance in justifying their attendance at the SASFAA 2021Annual Conference to their upper management. In response, the Conference Committee has made available a letter template that members may use to help demonstrate the importance of this training opportunity.
