Greetings, SASFAA!

Registration for SASFAA Conference 2022 is now open!  We will meet February 20-23, with Pre-Conference Workshops February 19-20, at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center in beautiful Montgomery, Alabama.  Please note that there are no further reservations available at the hotel at this point (as of 2/15/2022).

Our conference agenda will be packed with valuable sessions and time for networking and fun!  The SASFAA Board has chosen to keep the cost of registration low at $275 by supplementing actual costs from reserves.  You will receive excellent training, tremendous opportunities for networking, a beautiful hotel and great food for a bargain price!  All attendees must be SASFAA members.  Annual membership fee is $35.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES

Full Conference Registration - $275

Daily Registration (Monday or Tuesday) - $150
Full Conference Registration for Honorary or Retired Members - $100

*Completion of conference registration requires SASFAA membership. To register as an attendee, you must first submit your SASFAA membership registration. If you have not already done so, process your member application now.

Advance payment is required.  Registrants may not attend the conference until payment has been received by the SASFAA Treasurer. 

Credit card payments may be made during the registration process.  To pay by credit card after registration has been completed, access the on-line payment option on the SASFAA website with login credentials (email address and password).

Checks must be received by the SASFAA Treasurer by
February 8, 2022, or the attendee must bring the check to the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your registration, email the SASFAA Treasurer at sasfaatreasurer@gmail.com.

Registration fees will be fully refunded if cancellation is due to COVID-19 exposure or illness. Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment (i.e., by check for payments made by check; by credit to account for credit card payments).
