Registration for SASFAA Conference 2023 is now open! We will meet February 12-15, with Pre-Conference Workshops February 11-12, at the Chattanooga Marriott Downtown and Chattanooga Convention Center, Chattanooga, Tennessee.
We are excited to offer a non-member rate this year.
Our conference agenda will be packed with valuable sessions and time for networking and fun! The SASFAA Board has set the early bird cost of registration at $275. You will receive excellent training, tremendous opportunities for networking, a beautiful hotel and great food for a bargain price!

Advance payment is required. Registrants may not attend the conference until payment has been received by the SASFAA Treasurer.
Credit card payments may be made during the registration process. To pay by credit card after registration has been completed, access the on-line payment option on the SASFAA website with login credentials (email address and password).
Checks must be received by the SASFAA Treasurer by January 31, 2023, or the attendee must bring the check to the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your registration, email the SASFAA Treasurer at sasfaatreasurer@gmail.com.
Registration fees will be refunded through Friday, January 27th if you cancel your registration. After the 27th, there will be no refunds issued unless the cancellation is due to COVID-19 exposure or illness. Registration fees will be fully refunded if cancellation is due to COVID-19 exposure or illness. Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment (i.e., by check for payments made by check; by credit to account for credit card payments).
If you register for the conference and do not cancel by Friday, January 27th, you will be expected to pay the Registration Fee even if you do not attend the conference due to attendee numbers being provided to the conference facility.
