SASFAA Director's Summit Please plan to join us for the 3rd Annual SASFAA Director’s Summit: The Night Before the Future to be held as a pre-conference program on February 11th and 12th in Chattanooga, TN. This event will bring together chief financial aid directors for high-level discussions relevant to financial aid administration in today's world. Some of the topics discussed will include compliance beyond the aid office, taking care of your team, managing remote staff, using emotional intelligence to lead, advocating upward, building new leaders, and diversity and implicit bias. Please note you must be either a director in a financial aid office or considered the chief financial aid officer for your institution.

NASFAA Certified Financial Aid Administrator (FAAC) Credential Workshop

$200 SASFAA is excited to announce that we are partnering with NASFAA to offer a first of it's kind workshop for NASFAA Certified Financial Aid Administrator (FAAC) credential training! Earning the FAAC designation is an investment in your continued professional development and career growth. While most certification candidates have relied on personal knowledge and independent review to prepare for the knowledge exam, NASFAA will make a new opportunity available soon to help candidates prepare. Through this special partnership between NASFAA and SASFAA, the new NASFAA Certification Exam Preparation Workshop will be offered for the first time at the SASFAA Conference on Sunday February 12th from 8AM - 3 PM for the special one time cost of $200. This special price includes the training with lunch provided, all materials, the FAAC application, and the FAAC exam.
