Some of the topics discussed will include compliance beyond the aid office, taking care of your team, managing remote staff, using emotional intelligence to lead, advocating upward, building new leaders, and diversity and implicit bias.

Please note you must be either a director in a financial aid office or considered the chief financial aid officer for your institution.
