Workshop Description: Are you a mid –level manager? Do you need help in your current position or help preparing for the next level of management. This workshop is designed to enhance your skills to hire, lead and motivate a diverse team, as well as provide you with the tools you will need to successfully get to the next level. Come learn from some of the best in the financial aid field, led by Ron Day and Billie Jo Hamilton. There will be interactive time allocated for discussions of hot topics and to cover areas that might have been missed but that participants would like more information on.
