Early SASFAA Conference Registration 2021

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are opening registration for the SASFAA 2021 Conference early to accommodate the future budgetary needs of our membership. Please be aware that you must be a 2021 SASFAA Member (registration for that will be open for early payment as well) in order to attend this conference. As more information becomes available about this event, we will notify membership as soon as possible. 

Disclaimer: The registration fee posted for this event is pending approval of the new 2020-2021 SASFAA Board. Once this has been finalized, a notification will be sent to membership and the invoices will be updated and reissued if a change occurs. 

Payments  

Advance payment is required.  Registrants may not attend the conference until payment has been received by the SASFAA Treasurer.  Registrations received after January 15, 2021 will have a $50 late fee applied. 

On-line payments may be made during the registration process.  To pay on-line after registration has been completed, log in to the on-line payment option on the SASFAA website using your email address and password.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, email the SASFAA Treasurer at sasfaatreasurer@gmail.com.

Registration fees are fully refundable through January 21, 2021.   After January 21, 2021, no refunds will be issued. The date the refund request is received by the SASFAA Treasurer will determine if there will be a refund.  Unpaid registrations not cancelled by the deadline must be paid by the registrant, even if the conference and/or workshops are not attended.
