SASFAA Webinar: Managing Financial Aid Operations Amidst a Pandemic
When: Wednesday, July 29, 2020
2:00 PM – 3:15 PM EST
Our panel of presenters will share their experiences of managing financial aid operations amidst a pandemic. In the world of financial aid, we know things can change on a dime. But, none of us could have anticipated the impact a pandemic would have on ourselves, our offices, our institutions, the community, and specifically to our students and students and families. We will do a quick overview of how each institution reacted in March, to what they are doing now, plus share their plans and outlook for the Fall. They will share their approach, best practices, and resources that have helped them to manage the delivery of aid, their staff, and operations.
