Compliance with the myriad financial aid regulations often begins with training new staff, but also includes on-going training and professional development. This presentation will discuss strategies and approaches for types and methods of training, not only for the Financial Aid Office staff, but for all other offices on campus that have a role or responsibility for Title IV compliance. Discussion topics will also include strategies to ensure documentation of eligibility determinations and exceptions, implement quality assurance measures, and to assess where compliance gaps might exist.
