Registration

  • If you are a participating SASFAA Sponsor, one or two conference registration fees are included in your sponsorship package. Please use the registration code provided by the Sponsorship Chair to access your complementary registration(s). Any additional registrants beyond your complementary codes must register using the standard registration. NOTE: All registrants must be SASFAA paid members.
  • The nonmember will be registered for all meal functions, sessions and special events offered for the entire conference, from Sunday, February 16 to Wednesday, February 19, 2025. The cost is $360.

    Advance payment required.
  • The member will be registered for all meal functions, sessions and special events offered on Monday. The cost is $235.00.

    Advance payment required.
  • The member will be registered for all meal functions, sessions and special events offered on Tuesday. The cost is $235.00.

    Advance payment required.
  • This registration is limited to Past Presidents of the association who have been provided a complimentary registration code.

    The Past President will be registered for all meal functions, sessions and special events offered on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
  • This complementary registration code is limited to the 3 members of SASFAA's Diversity Leadership Class for 2024-25. If you are a member of this group, you must enter the provided access code to register.
  • This registration is limited other designated members of the association who have been provided a complimentary registration code.

Join us for the SASFAA Annual Conference!

February 16-19, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency, Greenville, SC


PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS THEN CLICK "REGISTER" AT THE BOTTOM WHEN READY.   

You will be able to choose ONE of the registration options listed. When registering please select if you will attend the full conference (first option), or a single day. 

Honorary Members and Retired Members receive a discount.

Payments                                                  
Advance payment is required. Registrants may not attend
the conference until payment has been received by the SASFAA Treasurer. 

Credit card payments may be made during the registration process. To pay by credit card after registration has been completed, access the online payment option on the SASFAA website with login credentials (email address and password).

Checks must be received by the SASFAA Treasurer by
January 31, 2025, or the attendee must bring the check to the event.   

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, email the SASFAA Treasurer at sasfaatreasurer@gmail.com.

Registration fees will be refunded through Friday, January 24th if you cancel your registration.  After the 24th, if you need to cancel for special circumstance, they will be reviewed on a case by case basis, please contact the SASFAA Treasurer to appeal.

If you register for the conference and do not cancel by Friday, January 24th, you will be expected to pay the Registration Fee even if you do not attend the conference due to attendee numbers being provided to the conference facility.
