SASFAA Conference Registration 2019

Join us February 17-20, 2019, at the Grand Hyatt at Buckhead in Atlanta, Georgia for SASFAA's Annual Conference.

PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS THEN CLICK "REGISTER" AT THE BOTTOM WHEN READY.  YOU MUST BE A MEMBER TO REGISTER. 

You will be able to choose ONE of the registration options listed. When registering please select if you will attend the full conference (first option), or a single day. 

Honorary Members and Retired Members receive a discount.

Payments                                                  
Advance payment is required.  Registrants may not attend the conference until payment has been received by the SASFAA Treasurer.  Registrations after January 18th will have a late fee of $50 applied. 

Credit card payments may be made during the registration process.  To pay by credit card after registration has been completed, access the on-line payment option on the SASFAA website with login credentials (email address and password).

Checks must be received by the SASFAA Treasurer by February 8 , 2019, or the attendee must bring the check to the event (and include late payment fee).   

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, email the SASFAA Treasurer at sasfaatreasurer@gmail.com.

Registration fee is fully refundable through January 18, 2019.   After January 18, 2019, no refunds will be issued. The date the refund request is received by the SASFAA Treasurer will determine if there will be a refund.
